 Events Really, this is murder! Doing Events for La Paz is almost impossible as they are terrible here when it comes to promotion. Not only are they late in announcing the dates but on a whim they may change the date. I remember a couple years back when they actually changed the date for Carnaval just three weeks before it was supposed to happen. That's like saying Christmas is not going to be on the 25th of December! I guess what I am trying to say here is that I'll do may best to list what I know but you need to verify the dates prior to making travel arrangements and not get crazy upset with me if they happen to change New Years Eve to February. 
August 25 & 26th 2007Circuito Bronco Challenge La Paz, BCS Get ready for the next show down in La Paz, the Circuito Bronco. This race is a great spectator race, as it is 4 loops of a 14 mile track, also making it easy and cost effective for the teams for pits and pre-running. However, bring shade and PLENTY of refreshments… it will get hot.... and you don't want to melt your shoes! RACE DATE SEPTEMBER 28-30
The second annual CABO 500, the Baja Sur 500 mile race, will run from Loreto to Cabo San Lucas with an overnight stop in La Paz on September 29, 2007.
The race is scheduled to run on the same route as the upcoming 40th anniversary of the Baja 1000 so it makes it a great opportunity to per-run at full race speed. We expect lots of drivers from the states to come down and try to de-thrown our champs…. Should be lots of excitement for all. For a full list Off Road Racing dates click here |
